1. Agreement to Terms
By booking or using cleaning services provided by Palm Breeze Cleaning Solutions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided
Palm Breeze Cleaning Solutions LLC provides professional residential cleaning services, including but not limited to:
- Weekly maintenance cleaning
- Bi-weekly cleaning services
- Monthly cleaning services
- One-time deep cleaning
- Move-in/move-out cleaning
- Special occasion cleaning

3. Booking and Scheduling
3.1 Service Requests
Clients may book services by:

3.2 Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Palm Breeze Cleaning Solutions LLC. You will receive a confirmation via email or phone with your scheduled service date and time.
3.3 Rescheduling
If we need to reschedule your appointment due to emergencies, weather conditions, or staffing issues, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find an alternative date and time.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Pricing
Service pricing is based on:
- Property size and layout
- Type of service requested
- Frequency of service
- Special requirements or add-on services
Pricing will be provided during the booking process or via quote. Prices are subject to change with notice.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept payment via:
- Credit/debit cards
- Cash

4.3 Payment Terms
- Recurring Services: Payment is due at the time of service or as agreed upon in your service agreement.
- One-Time Services: Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made.
- Deposits: We may require a deposit for first-time clients or large projects.
4.4 Late Payment
Late payments may result in:
- Suspension of recurring services
- Late fees of $25 or 5% of the invoice amount (whichever is greater)
- Cancellation of future appointments
4.5 Returned Payments
A $35 fee will be charged for any returned checks or failed payment transactions.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Client Cancellation
- 24-Hour Notice Required: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment by calling 813-616-3382 or emailing palmbreezecleaners25@gmail.com.
- Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
- No-Show Fee: Failure to be present for a scheduled appointment (when access is required) or failure to provide access will result in a 100% service charge.
5.2 Company Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service at any time due to:
- Unsafe working conditions
- Aggressive or threatening behavior
- Unsanitary or hazardous conditions
- Non-payment or repeated late payments
- Violation of these Terms of Service
5.3 Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will:
- Return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge, or
- Provide a partial or full refund at our discretion
Refund requests made more than 24 hours after service may not be honored.
6. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
6.1 Property Access
- Provide safe and timely access to your property
- Provide parking information or passes if required
- Provide necessary entry codes, keys, or lockbox combinations
- Ensure someone 18 years or older is present if access is not pre-arranged
6.2 Property Preparation
- Remove clutter and personal items from surfaces to be cleaned
- Secure valuables, fragile items, and important documents
- Secure pets or inform us of pet presence and behavior
- Disclose any hazardous conditions or special requirements
6.3 Safe Working Environment
- Ensure the property is safe for our cleaning team
- Provide working utilities (water, electricity)
- Disclose any mold, biohazards, or pest infestations
- Inform us of any alarms or security systems
6.4 Communication
- Provide accurate contact information
- Respond to communications regarding your service
- Report any issues or concerns within 24 hours of service

We are committed to:

- Employing background-checked, insured, and bonded staff
- Using appropriate cleaning products and equipment
- Respecting your property and privacy
- Addressing concerns promptly and professionally
8. Liability and Insurance
8.1 Our Insurance
Palm Breeze Cleaning Solutions LLC is fully insured and bonded. Our insurance covers:
- General liability
- Worker’s compensation
- Property damage caused by our negligence
8.2 Damage Claims
If our team causes damage to your property:
- Report the damage within 24 hours of service
- Provide photos and a detailed description
- We will investigate and resolve valid claims through our insurance
8.3 Limitations of Liability
We are NOT liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or wear and tear
- Damage to items not properly secured or disclosed
- Damage resulting from defective property conditions
- Damage to unlabeled or unidentified fragile items
- Loss of items not reported within 24 hours
- Consequential or indirect damages exceeding the cost of the cleaning service
8.4 Client’s Homeowner Insurance
Clients are responsible for maintaining their own homeowner’s or renter’s insurance. Some losses may be covered under your personal insurance policy.
9. Scope of Service Limitations
Our standard cleaning services do NOT include:
- Exterior window cleaning above the first floor
- Cleaning of hazardous materials or biohazards
- Mold remediation
- Pest control
- Heavy lifting or moving furniture
- Cleaning inside ovens (unless specifically requested)
- Carpet shampooing or steam cleaning (unless specifically requested)
- Wall washing (unless specifically requested)
Special services may be available for an additional fee. Please inquire when booking.
10. Products and Equipment
10.1 Our Products
We provide professional-grade cleaning products and equipment. If you prefer specific products or have allergies, please inform us at the time of booking.
10.2 Client-Provided Products
If you request we use your own cleaning products:
- Products must be properly labeled and safe to use
- We are not responsible for product effectiveness
- We are not liable for damage caused by client-provided products
11. Pets
If you have pets:
- Inform us during booking
- Secure aggressive or anxious pets during cleaning
- We reserve the right to reschedule if pet behavior prevents safe service
- We are not responsible for pets escaping during service if proper precautions were not communicated
12. Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Our team will:
- Not disclose information about your property or personal affairs
- Not access areas of your home not designated for cleaning
- Maintain professional boundaries at all times

13. Background Checks and Employee Conduct

Our employees are expected to:
- Behave professionally and respectfully
- Follow your instructions and preferences
- Respect your property and belongings
14. Client Conduct
Clients are expected to:
- Treat our staff with respect and professionalism
- Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
- Provide a safe working environment
We reserve the right to terminate service immediately if our staff experiences harassment, threats, unsafe conditions, or inappropriate behavior. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
15. Recurring Service Agreements
15.1 Recurring Service Terms
Clients who book recurring services (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) agree to:
- Maintain consistent payment methods
- Provide reasonable notice of service changes
- Honor the agreed-upon cleaning schedule
15.2 Service Adjustments
Recurring service pricing and terms may be adjusted with 30 days’ notice.
15.3 Termination of Recurring Service
Either party may terminate recurring services with 14 days’ written notice. Final payment is due for any completed services.
16. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Severe weather conditions
- Pandemics or public health emergencies
- Government restrictions or orders
- Acts of terrorism or civil unrest
17. Dispute Resolution
17.1 Good Faith Resolution

17.2 Mediation
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
17.3 Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Pasco County, Florida.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Palm Breeze Cleaning Solutions LLC, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms of Service
- Your negligence or willful misconduct
- Third-party claims related to access you provided to your property
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and any service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Palm Breeze Cleaning Solutions LLC regarding our services.
21. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
